Evaluations

Comprehensive Intake Evaluation | $300

90-minute comprehensive evaluation. Fee applied toward the ADHD evaluation if further testing is warranted.

ADHD Evaluation | $1,000

Includes a comprehensive intake evaluation (90 minutes), testing session (60 to 90 minutes), written evaluation report, and feedback session.

ADHD Evaluation Package | $1,500

Everything in the ADHD Evaluation, plus four 30-minute parent consultations and up to 1 hour of consultation with your child's other treating providers. A $1,710 value; you save $210.

ADHD Evaluation + Cognitive Testing | $1,250

Everything in the ADHD Evaluation, plus cognitive testing.

Cognitive Testing | $300

60 minutes of testing with written report.

Consultation & Treatment

Parent Consultations | $140 (30 min) • $225 (60 min)

Parent coaching and support, referrals to other providers as needed, and care coordination.

Consultation with Other Treating Providers | $50 per 15 minutes

First 15 minutes included with evaluations.

Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) | $250 to $1,000 per month

For children and adults. Monthly packages tailored to specific needs following intake evaluation. Family pricing available.

Safe and Sound Therapy Group | Adults $50/hour • Children $75/hour

Per participant; sessions run 1 to 2 hours. Includes our Nervous System Reset for Moms group.
