About the Safe and Sound Protocol

The SSP is a research-informed listening program that uses specially filtered music to help the nervous system shift out of fight-or-flight. Developed by Dr. Stephen Porges and grounded in Polyvagal Theory, it supports a greater sense of safety and connection. Because our nervous systems regulate through connection with others, a calmer parent helps create a calmer home.

Individual SSP is also available for children and adults as monthly packages following an intake evaluation. See Services & Fees for details.
